Getting to know Lavrenti Lopes

Nice looking guy? Does the face looks familiar? He is Lavrenti Lopes, an Indian model and an actor as well. He is a graduate of Lee Strasberg Theater and Film Institute in New York City. He was first seen as the yes/no guy in the TATA Trueroots commercial airing on most South Asian networks in US, UK and Canada. He was also an endorser of other commercials, which includes Microsoft, Axe deodorants and Flair Pens. The public took notice of him when he was seen on youtube with the Parodoy Boy Band Boybama in support of Barack Obama.

Sometime in April 2009, he will play as one of the lead stars in an independent film Subhysteria. A film about 16 persons got stuck in a subway car without communication, food, way to escape and a fatal sensation that they are going to die. This film will be released in Venezuela, Mexico and the United States.

This is actually the first feature film of Lavrenti and this film may be the key to open more opportunites for him.
