My Hubby's School

Last week, my hubby's high school school celebrated their 90th Foundation homecoming. One of the highlights was the releasing of chinese lantern. We have watched as the students and teachers started to inflate and released the paper lantern. It was nice to see. It looks like stars in the sky.

Join this iLASIK Video Contest!

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of Incendia Health. All opinions are 100% mine.

Abott Medical Optics, Inc. (AMO) is a global leader in laser vision correction. They have devoted their studies to developed better solution to sight problems and they have build up a technology to help people with vision problems. AMO has expert and well trained physician performed their Laser situ keratomileusis (LASIK). LASIK is said to reduce or eliminate myopia, hyperopia, and astigmatism. Further, modern LASIK, known as the iLASIK™ Procedure, uses two lasers instead of one, as in earlier versions of the procedure. In the first stage of iLASIK, wave-front technology maps the unique characteristics of the individual’s eye. Then, an ultrafast, computer-guided laser creates a corneal flap. This laser replaces the handheld microkeratome blade used in older forms of LASIK and makes the procedure exceptionally safe. After the flap is created, the wave-front mapping data guides a second laser for vision correction. The combination of these advanced laser technologies create a custom-fit procedure clinically proven to provide excellent safety and visual results.

AMO knows how better vision could improved or had improve people's lives. That is why they want to let the whole world know by launching a video contest entitled "You Gotta See This". Favorite Flower(s)

Since elementary, my favorite flower is rose. However, upon settling my eyes to other flowers, I began to really appreciate them. One of the flowers that I am addicted to now is the bridal flower. It has a smell of one of Victoria's Secret fragrances. It's amazing isn't it? Take a look at it. It is a single stalk flower and naturally arranged into a bridal arrangement. We already planted some at our backyard.

There are also other flowers that I really like: such as Tulips, Lilies, Gerbera and Orchids.

Sick Again!

After taking our short break in Manila, my hubby, my daughter and myself all got sick and catch colds! I guess it was due to the weather. I guess the sudden change of climate really makes people sick. Now, we are taking paracetamols, vitamins C, lots of water and fresh fruit juices.

Anyway, we went to MOA SMX to visit some of the booths of the IIEE Convention, afterwards, we went to Makati and look for something. Gonna share that something next time, maybe, after 5 months. hehehehehe

By the way, before we went to Manila, we visited our farm and see what I picked!

Its Our Sem Break!

Whew! After the last examination I took just awhile ago, it was really a relief. Atleast, I can have a short break from school and hectic schedules. However, after a week or so, second semester will start again and hopefully, I will be able to pass all my subjects and be able to graduate this coming March 2009.

Anyway, my hubby and I together along with our daughter will be leaving to Manila this coming 5th of November. It is not a vacation per se because my hubby will still work there. But as for me and my daughter, we will unwind ourselves by mall hopping!
