Sick Again!

After taking our short break in Manila, my hubby, my daughter and myself all got sick and catch colds! I guess it was due to the weather. I guess the sudden change of climate really makes people sick. Now, we are taking paracetamols, vitamins C, lots of water and fresh fruit juices.

Anyway, we went to MOA SMX to visit some of the booths of the IIEE Convention, afterwards, we went to Makati and look for something. Gonna share that something next time, maybe, after 5 months. hehehehehe

By the way, before we went to Manila, we visited our farm and see what I picked!

Its Our Sem Break!

Whew! After the last examination I took just awhile ago, it was really a relief. Atleast, I can have a short break from school and hectic schedules. However, after a week or so, second semester will start again and hopefully, I will be able to pass all my subjects and be able to graduate this coming March 2009.

Anyway, my hubby and I together along with our daughter will be leaving to Manila this coming 5th of November. It is not a vacation per se because my hubby will still work there. But as for me and my daughter, we will unwind ourselves by mall hopping!

There are many species of Jujube. One of the species of Jujube are Red Date, Giant Jujube, Green Jujube and a lot more. It originated in China where they have been cultivated for over 4,000 years.

Last year, I bought a green jujube tree. I asked my brother to plant it in our small farm. It grew to almost 6 feet now and it already bear fruits. I know that jujube is not so familiar but it is widely used in China, Korea, Japan and Vietnam. Some jujube species are also available in the United States.

Honestly, when I bought it, I do not know what are its benefits, I only like the taste of the fruits and so curious why the seedlings are so saleable and why does most of the people who bought those seedlings are given as gifts. Now, I understand that jujube are rare in our country and it has various advantage.
